故事：蜂蜜艾尔是我们推出的第一款啤酒。奥巴马总统入主白宫时，要求白宫厨房的第一件事就是添置一套酿酒设备，酿出的第一款啤酒就是「白宫蜂蜜啤酒」。配方公布出来以后，在精酿爱好者里掀起了一波配方改良的风潮。这也是我们酿造这款蜂蜜啤酒的契机。
白宫花园里的蜜我们是拿不到了，但我们用的是中国最特别的由中华蜂采集的百花蜜。这种蜜现在变得越来越稀少，因为擅采百花蜜的中华蜂在意大利蜂的入侵下，已经大量减少，只占蜂农总用蜂量的 30%。为了表示对生态保护的支持，我们坚持向使用中华蜂采蜜的蜂农们收购优质的百花蜜。我们还酿出了与常见的琥珀色不同的酒体颜色，偏红的琥珀色。
Info: Panda Eyes Honey Ale is our first beer,it inspired by story of White House Honey Ale. When President Barack Obama moved into the White House , the first beer brewed was the White House Honey Ale. Ever since there’s been a constant trend of improving and making a new recipe among brewers, so count us one of those.
Obviously there is noway to get honey from the White House, instead we add secret ingredients to make ours unique—mixed nectar collected by China Bee. This particular honey is becoming increasingly scarce. The number of Apis cerana is severely depleted by the invasive Apis mellifera ligustica, accounting for only 30% of the total bees raised by beekeepers. For the sake of ecological protection, we insist on the purchase of high-quality nectar from beekeepers that raise China Bee. Our Honey ale has a unique amber color.

Info: Most beer is brewed with malt; but if a certain percentage of wheat is added, it can be named a Witbier. Belgian witbier is modified from the standard witbier, adds coriander seeds and orange peel in it. Our Witbier followed traditions but also adapt the Chinese palate. The Chinese local herbal tangerine peel replaces the dried orange peel, which creates a rich citrusy flavor and matches with the herbal note of coriander seeds. Made it a easy drinking beer!

Info: The Golden ale was fermented with fresh ginger juice. The sweetness of beer is perfectly balanced with gingery aroma, a gentle spicy without any astringency taste. Better assimilate the beer to a considerate guy.

Info: this is the first New England IPA from PandaBrew, which draws on the distinctive layers of European IPAs and the spirited aromas and heavy flavors of American IPAs to create a cloudy IPA with tropical fruit aromas that are more suited to Eastern tastes. The liquid is orange in color and cloudy in appearance, with a rich and dense foam. Imported malts are used with American hops, which are catalyzed by Belgian yeast to produce a wonderful chemical change. By using multiple varieties and large proportions of hops and adding them at different times, the aroma and bitterness of the hops are fully released while the hop aroma and bitterness are better balanced and harmonized.

Info: Natsume Soseki translates “I love you” into “The moonlight is so beautiful tonight”, presenting a subtle way of confession that is unique to the East. Because I have encountered something beautiful, I want to share my feelings with you. This is a dark ale with a pronounced roasted malt tartness and a strong vanilla aroma. The roasted malt is fermented for 1 month, vanilla and cocoa powder are added, stirred for 2 hours, and stored cold at a constant temperature of 0 degrees for 6 months to fully integrate the caramel, vanilla and cocoa flavors. After a sip, the sweet aroma fills the mouth, followed by a strong bitter taste that hits the taste buds, but the bitterness soon subsides, leaving only a long aftertaste of cocoa.

When we decided to use chrysanthemum for the lager, we did a lot of research and comparison on chrysanthemum varieties, and finally decided to use the budding chrysanthemum as the raw material, which has a stronger and longer lasting flavor than ordinary chrysanthemum. the chrysanthemum has become a spiritual symbol of nobility and loyalty to the original heart in ancient Chinese poems, and at a time when the term craft brew has been misinterpreted and abused, it better explains the ideal of “brewing national craft beer” that we insists on.

故事：当年在我们寻找蜂蜜啤酒的原材料时，遇到了很多种蜂蜜，觉得最有意思的是在湖南的一个蜂农家找到的柑橘蜜。
我们第一次知道这种只在橘园采摘花蜜的蜜蜂酿出来的蜜是有很清晰的橘子香味的。我们就用小麦啤酒做基底，配合柑橘蜜发酵，酿成了这个柑橘味非常浓郁，能尝到甘甜味道的小麦啤酒。
柑橘蜜的产量很小，所以它会作为限量款少量出现。所以，我们可不保证这款酒随时都能喝到。
Info: Among the various type of honey we attempted during our sourcing the ingredients for honey beer, among all tasty honeys there was one attracted our particular attention: the citrus honey from a beekeeper in Hunan province.
For the first time, we know that this kind of honey picked by bees only in the orangery has a fresh orange scent. We innovate wheat beer to be fermented with citrus honey, making it a new beer with the sweet citrus flavor.
The low-yield citrus honey also makes Citrus Honey wheat beer very limited quantity . It is hard for us to keep it available at all time. Seize the chance whenever you see its name on the menu!

睁眼睡咖啡世涛
Eyes Wide Shut Coffee Stout

特点：有 House Blend 三种咖啡豆的啤酒，浓烈且平衡的咖啡和坚果香

故事：世涛里的焦香麦芽本身就会带着一股淡淡的咖啡味，我们想让世涛的咖啡味更加浓厚、丰富，所以还在酒里添加了拼配咖啡豆。
我们找了多家咖啡供应商，最终选取了危地马拉安提瓜 Azotea 庄园的波旁，哥伦比亚蕙兰大岩石，巴西海湖庄园的这三款咖啡豆参与酿造。这三种咖啡豆的味道融合得非常好，三种味道并不是独立存在的，饮上去是一个醇厚的整体，从中能闻到浓厚且有层次的经典咖啡味、坚果和巧克力香味。咖啡味也和我们的世涛基底完美融合，口感平衡。
又是咖啡因又是酒精，我们就把它叫做「睁眼睡」咯。
Info: Thanks to the use of roasted malt, stout originally owns a light coffee flavor. However, we wanted it strengthened, so we added the blended coffee beans in the recipe.
After visiting multiple coffee suppliers, we finally selected three varieties: Bourbon from the Azotea estate in Antigua, Guatemala; Big Rocks in Colombia; and the one from Brazilian Sea Lake Manor. These three type blends so well that they make a mellow flavor as a whole with coffee, nut, and chocolate layered on the palate. The integration of coffee into the stout base lead to a well-balanced flavor.
With caffeine in this beer, you may keep eyes open and away from a nap but still feel full fresh.

故事：这是中国最早的一款 Barleywine，也是我们满满诚意之作。
我们的原料投量是普通精酿啤酒的两倍以上，酿造时间更是普通 20~30 天周期的 6 倍，长达半年之久。
我们也很高兴这款 Barleywine 一经推出，就受到了精酿爱好者和专业酿酒师的广泛好评。它是一款不像啤酒的啤酒，因为它的酒精度数达到 10 度以上，更接近于红酒的度数。它不仅酒精度数高，它的苦度也是传统工业啤酒的 6 倍，大量的麦芽使用带来的焦糖、巧克力风味和多种啤酒花的苦味带给味蕾双重刺激。在不同温度的变化下，它也会产生不同的口感风味，所以请轻酌细品。

For this Barleywine, the ingredients input is twice more of the regular craft beer. As for brewing time, its lasts for half a year which is six times more of the normal cycle. It was a pleasure to witness that Barleywine has been widely acclaimed by craft lovers and professional brewers since launched. It is somewhat unlike a beer because it typically reaches an alcohol strength above 10% by volume, which is similar to red wine. Besides. Apple cider is available in every Panda Brew store. It is specially prepared for those who come yet somehow not heading for beers. Using apple juice from Shanxi and cider yeast from the United States, our semi-dry cider brewed is palatable with moderate sweet and sour taste. It boasts an appearance as clear as champagne. Drink it as if you were taking a bite of a sour-sweet apple. Let the bubbles archly burst in your mouth.

故事：2016年，我们熊猫精酿飞往爱丁堡和 Stewart Brewing 酒厂联合酿造了这一款飞行熊猫苏格兰艾尔。
为了体现苏格兰特色，我们选用了只有在苏格兰威士忌里用的泥煤麦芽，为这款酒带来了特殊的烟熏培根味和淡雅泥煤味。
这款酒酒体为深棕色，酒体扎实饱满，带有浓郁的麦芽烘焙气味和饼干甜味，出众的泥煤味，和些许果味。
这是一款适合深夜小酌的苏格兰艾尔。
Info: In 2016, we flew to Edinburgh and collaborated with Stewart Brewing to brew the Flying Panda Scotch Ale.
To highlight the Scotch vibe, we chose peated malt exclusively used in Scotch whisky to create a unique flavor of smoky bacon and mild peat.
It is a full-bodied auburn-colored beer with rich malted scent, biscuit sweetness, peaty flavor, and hints of fruit.
It’s truly a Scotch ale for late-night sip.

故事：当熊猫精酿遇到香格里拉啤酒，当野生的我们遇到畅快豪爽的藏族汉子，我们想做点不一样的。于是就在麦芽中加入了香格里拉的青稞混合酿造，并干投了食品级藏香，酿成了这款拥有藏族特色的比利时双料艾尔。
这款酒的香气丰富而庄重，来自于混合了肉豆蔻、丁香、肉桂等 24 种食用级香料制成的藏香，和特有麦芽焦糖、香蕉香气的比利时双料艾尔啤酒。味道浓郁但不难入口，麝香、薄荷、丁香和各类木香味会充盈在唇齿间，把你从繁华都市带到庄严华丽的藏族寺庙殿堂，纯净的味道回味无穷。
Info: We want the co-brewed beer to be exceptional when we were hosting our good friends from Shangri-La Beer, so we added Shangri-La’s highland Qingker barley to brew this beer and further added food-grade Tibetan spices, which they brought all the way from Shangri-la, and there came the Belgian Dubbel with Tibetan characteristics.
The mixture of 24 food-grade spices ranges from nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon endowed Belgian Dubbel with rich caramel to banana aromas. Though heavy in flavor, it’s easy to drink—musk, mint, cloves and all kinds of lingering woody aftertastes will surely take you away from the bustling city to the magnificent Tibetan temple hall.
