Panda Eyes honey ale historical bottle · exhibitor archive
Panda Eyes
Wildflower honey meets malt in a reddish amber ale.
Behind the glass
Panda Eyes brings wildflower honey collected by Chinese honey bees together with malt. Its reddish amber colour and the slim-can edition in the archive preserve a chapter of Panda’s honey-ale history.
An early starting point
The product introduction calls honey ale Panda’s first beer and links its inspiration to the released White House honey-beer recipe. Panda’s version turned to local wildflower honey.
Why the honey’s source matters
The historical description specifically identifies wildflower honey gathered by Chinese honey bees and discusses sourcing from those beekeepers. The ingredient carries a provenance story alongside the beer’s reddish amber appearance.
