Keeping the colour pale
The recipe omits darker specialty malts and uses only base malt for a pale, Champagne-inspired appearance. Its four hops are blended and dry-hopped at different stages.
Dryness by design
The launch description links high attenuation to the dry finish. Pale colour, tropical aromas and a clean ending form the concept; this remains a beer, with Champagne serving as its inspiration.
